Revolutionizing tech rescue, bringing Ubreakifix to your doorstep: I led the creation of Ubreakifix's "We Come To You" social campaign, launching their tech van service with a fun and engaging twist. The campaign aimed to increase website traffic and drive bookings by highlighting the convenience and ease of the service. Through extensive research, collaborative brainstorming, and meticulous execution, we transformed the concept of convenience into engaging social media content. This resulted in a quadrupled website click-through rate, widespread internal adoption across website, video, email, and even koozies!, and a campaign that resonated perfectly with Ubreakifix's brand values. The project not only showcased my ability to craft impactful narratives and lead diverse teams but also my talent in adapting content across various channels, leaving a lasting impression on both customers and colleagues.

Forget boring service announcements – our social media campaign brought Ubreakifix's remote repair right to users' fingertips with a quirky, collage twist. Working with an external agency, I led the creative direction for these eye-catching visuals, using fun photomontages to showcase our dedication to going the extra mile for customers. Whether it's battling leviathans at the remotest lighthouse or driving to the Antarctic for a phone, these playful images humorously conveyed our commitment and resonated with audiences.

These playful collages didn't just charm Instagram users, they transitioned seamlessly to the Ubreakifix website as web banners, keeping their convenient remote service front and center. Animated versions brought an extra touch of fun to Instagram Stories. This project showcased the versatility of the campaign while highlighting Ubreakifix's commitment to reaching customers wherever they are.

Extending Reach, Extending Convenience

Targeted emails, crafted specifically for previous customers and subscribers, kept them informed about the new remote service. This resulted in a 25% click-through rate increase, highlighting the effectiveness of personalized messaging and re-engaging a valuable audience segment.

Strategic placement of eye-catching billboards just outside our busiest regions grabbed attention and spread awareness beyond the digital realm. These larger-than-life collages resonated with passersby, further solidifying Ubreakifix's commitment to convenient repairs.

As part of a strategic PR summer gift set, the playful collages found a new life on fun and functional swag items. This unexpected surprise delighted recipients while making Ubreakifix's convenient service top of mind, turning everyday moments into brand advocacy opportunities.
